Competition Time

It's competition time on Aircraft.co.za. We are looking for the best aviation photographs to appear in a wall calendar to be published at the end of the year. There's more than one way to win a copy so listen closely!

What must I do?

1. Upload your best photographs to Aircraft.co.za. As simple as that. Each photograph is rated by our users and at the end of November we will be announcing which photographs will be published in the calendar. You can upload as many photographs as you like!
2. Rate other photographer's pictures. We're calling on everyone to rate each other's photo's. The more ratings we get the more accurate the public opinion is. Remember that you only have one vote per photograph so choose wisely.

Who gets to win?

• We are giving away one copy to each photographer whose photo wins a spot in the calendar. That means there are 12 copies up for grabs.
• We are also giving away 3 copies to persons whose votes were closest to that of the public opinion. This way you get rewarded for voting correctly.
• Another copy is up for grabs for the person who has voted on the most photographs on our website.

When are the deadlines?
The deadline for submitting photographs for the calendar is 31 October 2008. After that voting will still continue until 30 November 2008. The winners will be announced on the 1st of December 2008, which means if all goes well you will receive your calendar in time for Christmas!

What if I don't win?
Don't despair, if you don't win a copy of the calendar you can buy one. We will be placing the calendars on sale once the winners have been finalized. You can also pre-order a calendar to give as a Christmas gift!
