New A320 Sharklets

The European planemaker Airbus delivered this aircraft to Avianca, the first A320 fitted with Sharklets in the Americas. The aircraft is an A320-214 (CFM56 engines), registration N477AV, c/n 5477 and was taken on a flight from Toulouse to Bogota from 12 to 13 February 2013. Bye, Bye, Iberia!!!!

One of the best aircraft visiting Tenerife. Iberia abandoned the route after the merger with British Airways. Iberia replaced this with an A321, then an A320 of Iberia Express. Nobody understands why these changes were brought about.

The Spotters continue with the disappointment of not being able to see in our airport this wonderful and majestic aircraft, the A340-313, as well as the A642. A real shame!
